The Fairfield by Marriot Hotel in Phnom Penh isn’t scheduled to open until 2022, but we’re already getting excited. The visually stunning design is courtesy of architects and design leads at AEDAS.
The 45-story hotel is situated on Russian Blvd and is a mixed development, featuring a Skybar, Cinema, offices and a five story shopping mall. Designed to be central to important business and government offices, the Fairfield location is also about 20 minutes away from the airport.
This 4-star hotel will offer 90 guest rooms designed to accommodate professionals looking to be productive during their stay. A restaurant is onsite and will offer both local and international cuisine.
This hotel looks like a winner design-wise. It’s too bad there isn’t an opportunity to purchase a condo.
