The first Hyatt hotel in Phnom Penh is now open for business. The Hyatt Regency represents the largest hotel from a global brand yet to be based in Cambodia. Centrally located in the Daun Penh district, the Hyatt has 247 rooms and is close enough to walk to the riverside and Royal Palace.
We love the modern architecture mixed with old world charm as exemplified by Colonial House, which serves as the front entrance with it’s wooden shutters and terracotta roof. The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful addition to the fast-growing Phnom Penh skyline with a style that pulls the city forward yet harkens back to Phnom Penh’s mid-century past.
