Originally expected to launch in Q4, 2019, The One Mall is now expected to debut in April. The One Mall is located in Phnom Penh’s Tonle Bassac commune on 12,000 sqm near The Bridge building and the former night market. The One Mall Management is also expected to develop a similar mall concept in Sihanoukville.
