Following it’s entrance into Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, PropNex is ready to take on Phnom Penh real estate. The Singapore based real estate company will employ 500 Cambodia-based sales staff with headquarters in Phnom Penh and satellite offices in real estate hotspots Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. Propnex Cambodia will be run by CEO Alan Neo.
It’s global chairman, founder and CEO Ismail Gafoor released a statement saying in part:
“We are excited to be the leading agency in Cambodia, incorporating our success formula as we expand our brand to more countries internationally.”

PropNex already has a foothold in the Phnom Penh real estate market, notably Urban Village, a mixed-use development spanning 760,000 square meters adjacent to Factory, Cambodia’s largest co-working space.
In hot Sihanoukville, PropNex will also be the exclusive marketing agency for D’Seaview (pictured), which is being developed by another Singapore company Hong Lai Huat Group.
