A new skyscraper project has been announced that will become Cambodia’s tallest at 77 stories. It will also feature a Sky Bar and a Sky Pool on the 77th floor that will be the highest swimming pool in the world.
The oddly named J-Tower 3 Condominium project is hopefully a working title that will change by the project’s debut in December of 2028. The Japanese development company is Tanichu Assetment Co Ltd whose CEO Tani Shunji also revealed additional details indicating that this new skyscraper will not only be Cambodia’s tallest but also perhaps the most luxurious. Besides the 77th floor rooftop bar and pool, the 49th floor will also feature a luxurious pool, spa and sauna. The kids will love the 11th floor’s bowling alley, billiards and of course karaoke rooms. Yet another pool will grace the 27th floor, along with a full gym and the 26th floor will feature a yet to be detailed park.
Safety features include 24-hour staff and a nursing station for medical emergencies, equipped with medical devices such as automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
The 98,480 square metre building will be located at Tonle Bassac in Phnom Penh. Will Phnom Penh’s skyline start to look more and more like New York City’s? CEO and industry veteran Tani Shunji wouldn’t mind.
Manhattan has the world’s best real estate projects and the comment has offered confidence and strength in me and my team to turn Phnom Penh into a ‘Manhattan of Asean’
